Had an amazing experience with Dr. Collura and the rest of staff. They were very welcoming and professional. Other doctors refused to perform the operation needed but Dr. Collura reassured me though it’s difficult he’d be able to get it done and that he did. I highly recommend paying him a visit. 10/10

I was being referred to by a general dentist as well as the oral surgeon to see an endodontist for my root canal. I had delta dental dc37 as my only dental insurance and came across this place Queens County Endodontics. When calling to schedule an appointment was as quick an easy process. I like the fact that during my consultation, the experience was that simple. When Dr. Chia-Yi Chen came and greeted me as if I felt very welcome here. She then explains the entire process as well as the explanation so that I would expect what I need to do before coming in for the root canal treatment. My root canal treatment was done by her and felt no pain. I was able to get back to normal without having to spend a lot on extractions and dental implants. Unfortunately, although they claim that they do accept Delta Dental DC37, the insurance website (Delta Dental DC37), when searching for a dentist, this provider didn't show up. After my treatment, when they started processing the claims, Delta Dental claim this provider to be PPO and not DC37 (NY Select). That is my only problem but still would highly recommend seeing Chia-Yi Chen.

I was squeezed in for an emergency root canal I was so thankful I was able to get an early appointment the next day since I was in tremendous pain. Receptionist were sweet. I was seen right away. I was seen By Dr. Neda who throughout the whole root canal process asked me how I was doing and if I was ok which I appreciate. I am no longer in pain and so happy I found this practice. I wish she did regular dentistry as well lol

Was experiencing pain and was referred to queens County for root canal. Very clean place and nice staff. Service was quick. Only issue I had was I never witnessed a root canal procedure done without putting on a temporary crown afterwards. I was told to return to my general dentist for crown. Also wasn't given a prescription for pain killers after novacaine wore off. Feeling a bit sore now and tooth is exposed to air and its a bit painful. Will follow up with general dentist to see if this was standard procedure.
