John at the front desk went above and beyond with his great customer service! Talked me through all the rates and helped me pick out the right size unit for my needs. Highly recommend asking for john when you go!

I contacted this facility and spoke with an employee by the name of Rafiella. She was so sophisticated, pleasant, and exuded exceptional customer service. She listened to my needs, throughly answered every question that I asked, and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone for their storage needs.

I called to get some information about a unit and the young lady by the name of Raffiella was extremely kind, helpful and professional.
