Professional Physical Therapy

When I arrived at the Hackensack Professional Physical Therapy, NJ, center a few weeks ago, I was suffering from severe lower back pain as a result of a situation in my basement. I couldn't even walk. I met Jake, a young man who is very dedicated and professional and who helped me walk again. This is the second time the Professional PT at Hackensack has come to my aid. Everyone is friendly and willing to help, and the staff has excellent customer service skills.

Professional Physical Therapy Clinic is a clean and welcoming environment. Most notably, parking is accessible for physically challenged patients and ambulant patients. In light of COVID-19, The Professional Physical Therapy Clinic requires workers and patients to wear a face mask. Upon entering the clinic, Melissa, the Office Worker, greets the patients with a smile. She then directs the patients to the temperature station. Simultaneously, she informs the Physical Therapists that the patient is present and waiting. The office staff and the other Physical Therapists are well-organized and team players. Jake, a Physical Therapist, listens to the patient's concerns. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, personable, and supportive. He treats a wide variety of physical challenges.
Additionally, Jake reviewed the doctor's notes and explained my diagnosis. He then recommended different exercises. To ensure that the patient's physical form is correct, he demonstrates and provides a treatment plan to help me live a healthier and more active lifestyle. To ensure that the patients remember their physical therapy appointments, they receive a printed appointment card with the day, date, time, medical coverage, provider's name, location, and text messages.
In closing, I recommend Professional Physical Therapy to both family and friends to Professional Physical therapy.

Lauren is absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff are very friendly. There is a PT assistant (haven't gotten her name) and she is very sweet.

Great OT - very attentive and nice. Personable as well.

Easy to get appointments and office times are vast to choose from. Opened early and late closings are offered.

The space is clean and ambiance is comfortable with music.

Cannot say the same about old rags used as towels, they are falling apart and threads and holes are all over, it’s unacceptable.

Also, it would have been nice to get a call prior to first appointment to understand coverage, deductible and copays one is responsible to pay.
