Had such a great experience with my ML350 at pro tech Benz — so much so that I had to write a review. I needed new brake pads and a sensor for the engine. Quintin was professional and to the point with everything. He provided me with different options in pricing. Told me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. After having gone to another Place- and having a conversation with the dealership where they both wanted to make this process so scary and involved—— I felt so relieved to have found pro tech. My car runs well and everything was addressed without any hidden unnecessary surcharges.
