    I am saddened to hear reviews that do not reflect who Dr. OTTERBECK is. You can't duplicate this very special man, who looks at your face when he speaks with you, takes the time to steer me through some rough waters recently. He cares. Maybe too much, and that is why he is so darn good.
    His staff is all business and this sometimes can appear to be rude. I get the other reviewers thoughts about the people behind the scenes.
    My biggest gripe is actually speaking with the ladies at their desks.
