    I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful experience I've had using Personal RX. Their customer service and follow through is outstanding. Recently I had to switch briefly to a different pharmacy delivery service and the difference was like night and day. I was so happy and relieved when I could go back to using Personal RX. I highly recommend them!

    I have found that Personal RX is accurate and affordable. Their packaging with their easy to use pouches make medication management a breeze. Each pouch is time/date stamped all on a convenient roll. My personal account representative is friendly, knowledgeable and shows concern for my medication management.

    This is a VERY different company than others in their industry (mail-order prescription service). We spent months helping them build a new phone service, and tying into their customer database. The attention to detail they showed, in order to make sure someone calling almost always got THE SAME PERSON to help them, was incredible. I can tell you from a technical perspective, they are a LOT better than companies like Pill-Pack or TruePill. PersonalRX has more pharmacy reps per customer than others, and their technology behind the scenes blows their competitors away. You'll notice the difference, and so will your older family members, who really need a service like this if they take more than a handful of prescriptions.

    I have been using Personal RX for 6 months and I could not be more impressed! The customer service is fantastic, they follow up to make sure your order is received as expected. If there is an issue, they give you regular status updates until the issue is rectified.

    I spoke with Zoe today. She was incredibly sweet and kind! She made me feel like she was there to help me and not that I was a burden. She updated all information and made suggestions that would greatly benefit me. She took her time to be efficient, but was very friendly, sweet, down to earth and even made me laugh. I surely hope Zoe C. will get kudos and I hope others can learn excellent customer service from her!!!
