(April 6, 2023, 8:26 am)This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bronx And I have dined in and gotten take out numerous times. Any meal comes with a small thin crust pizza as appetizer and a side salad so delicious you and even your picky kids will like it. The place is great for large groups with a semi private room towards the back. I love how they can use a few simple ingredients and make a dish amazing ! They have all the typical beloved Italian dishes and more inventive daily specials. Large screen tvs play different sports so you won’t miss the game while you dine. Great desserts and espresso.

(March 23, 2023, 4:52 pm)This is our favourite restaurant in NYC, because of the great pizza (so good, we forgot to photograph it), the service and the atmosphere. During the pandemic we used to walk 2.5 miles through Van Cortlandt park to the Woodlawn section of the Bronx for their food. It was our office, essentially during the pandemic. Also our excuse for 5 miles of walking per day. Since, that location closed we have been driving the seven miles to this location in Throggs Neck (correctly spelled with two GS). It is out of the way but our new excuse to drive the Cross Bronx. It must be great for us to wish us to do this. No one has ever said they love the Cross Bronx. But it gets us here!

(June 2, 2022, 8:31 am)Very nice place. Family style food was good and with a fixed menu there were lots leftover. 👍🏼 Music was loud enough to hear but not so loud that you need to yell to speak to your party.👍🏼👍🏼 Able to accommodate entire family even the kiddos. Will definitely be back.

(August 18, 2021, 3:39 am)Decent and recommended Italian restaurant. Food is fresh and nice size portions. Pizza dough a bit thin so if you are getting a few toppings be mindful that the pizza gets soggy and that was the only downfall. I had a situation with delivery and when I called they were very much polite and that is greatly appreciated, especially with being so busy.
