(November 7, 2022, 5:46 am)Francesco I believe was the name of the guy a dealt with. Worked with me all day over phone accommodating my worsening situation with appointment. Ended up not making the window and he allowed me to Park inside gates of facility. In that area you are aware the nature of parking, it's cost, it's pitfalls. You know out west they act like they are your friend and have love to share when they beat you with your own tire iron. Out east they'll pretend they want to strangle you for being so stupid but then solve your isbsue at thesame time and offer you a bottle of water to boot. Park out on side of road go in the shipping man door under docks up front and careful inside you cross a forklift alley and then the office is straight ahead. Pro tip: go in with the numbers you need. They'll treat you right if you do it right.

(April 4, 2022, 8:51 pm)Park outside on the road near gate 5 and walk in to the door by dock 52 area. Check-in is quick and easy if you have the right info. Pick-up number will start with a S and delivery number will start with a R. Tight area inside of the fence but not so bad that you cannot maneuver around. Was there for 9:00am and was out at 10:48 for a pick-up.
