I went this afternoon because my 3 year old had a fever and they took very good care of him. The process was fast, the staff was friendly and they took very good care of my son by sending the prescription for his meds as well as giving meds for his fever. I will be coming again if needed. 10/10

This place is connected to the best clinic in the bronx Morris Heights!
The receptionist is nice professional and checking in is fast. The facility is clean and very well-maintained the nurse who seen my 8yr old daughter was sooo nice and delightful my daughter even sick and not wanting to be bothered loved her. The staff is awesome. Still waiting for doctor to see her been here like 30 minutes in all but if I could give an extra star I would. SATISFIED WITH THE CARE. LOVE THIS PLACE... seen doctor he was great professional and efficient. My child was seen tested and we were out of there in a little over an hour. Once again LOVE THIS PLACE STAFF AND ALL!

I had a bad cough , and I had bad experiences with other urgent care. This one is clean, receptions were kind, and caring.. The M.A. & the R.N was sweet. The Doctor was knowledgeable, explained everything. I was in and out. I had to return for X-ray ... Smooth over all. I recommend.
