(March 1, 2023, 6:22 pm)I went to NY family Docs Springfield location for my first visit. The medical assistants Christina and Bibi were extremely amicable and comforting. Kisha (PA) was also very knowledgeable, straight to the point and very caring. The office was clean and well kept as well. Glad I switched to this place!
