I went here on the recommendation of a friend at work. My vehicle was keyed while parked at work. I went to several body shops and it seemed like nobody wanted to deal with a couple of scratches. Some places didn't even call me back with a price. I made an appointment with Nick at Nicolette Auto Body Works. I met with Nick and he introduced me to his staff. Lorenzo performed an estimate of my vehicle and even found some additional damage that the other auto body shop missed. He printed me a quote within minutes. Lorenzo and Nick took the time to explain to me the entire process of how to file a claim with my insurance company since I never had to deal with this before. They also went through the process of how they were going to repair my vehicle, which pieces needed to be removed or replaced, and painted. I picked up my rental car and scheduled my vehicle for a Monday to be dropped off. They told me that the vehicle would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call from Nick and he told me that they were still waiting on some of the name plates for the doors. This body shop kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was being repaired. I was very happy with the work that they did and it looked better than when I bought it in 2017. I will definitely recommend them based upon their great customer service and quality of work. It seems like a really nice family run business. If you go on their shop floor you can see how organized their tools and equipment are and that speaks volumes. Alberto assisted me when I picked my vehicle up and reviewed all the work that they performed. I know that my color is very hard to match and they did a fantastic job . A+ body shop! This is the best Towing Company I have ever had the privilege to hire. They are prompt, courteous, know exactly what they are doing, safe, not to mention friendly. They treat you as if you were family. I couldn't ask for better. Honestly I don't think there is better. I highly recommend Nicolette Towing, you will not be disatisfied with their service.

I would like to thank Lorenzo for his professionalism and hospitality while at Nicolette Auto Body works. I have a 2020 Acura TLX that was damaged on the right side fender and bumper. After meeting Lorenzo, I noticed that him and his staff pay close attention to detail. He carefully reviewed the damage that was done to my vehicle and explained step by step what the process would be to have the car looking new again. I dropped off the car on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon the car was ready for pick up.
