(February 11, 2023, 9:55 am)My mom has been a patient here for over 15 years and she is always well taken care of by the staff. In the most recent occasion, Maria Galvis who is the administrator of this location, went above and beyond for her. Long story short, my mom had a very painful skin rash on her leg and needed to see her dermatologist but her insurance requires a referral. We ran over to see her doctor at NCHC the same day and Maria arranged for the appointment as well as the referral to be issued right away. She also had it emailed directly to the dermatologist’s office making the entire process a lot smoother. Her attention and dedication to the patients shows every time she helps my mom out. We are truly grateful for her.
