Nao Medical - Jackson Heights Urgent Care

Everyone at the front desk was helpful, polite. The PA’s and their support person’s were knowledgeable, professional, and I felt confident in their expertise. They treated my wound w care and I felt much better simply because of the perfect bandaging. I was instructed to come back I. 2-3 days for them to examine the wound for any signs of infection. I am very pleased w my experience and will not hesitate to use this urgent care facility again should the need arise.

I’m thankful with them because they did take good care of my daughter with an ear infection, My Daughter felt a way much better after taking the medication that the Dr prescribed her.
That’s a lot for me and my wife.

Amazing experience At NAO Medical 80-10 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11372. Today especially because I went to my primary doctor-Pediatric Asthma Center on 7315 Northern Blvd, Jackson Heights, NY 11372 and was sent to er hospital because there is no primary doctor on site while I was having a seriously hard time breathing. I even asked them if they would at least give me the treatment- they said they could reach out to my doctor so she could prescribe me the nebulizer medicine for pick.
At Nao Medical today 12/1/2022 am - With great pleasure and urgency I was welcomed and taken great care of as the front desk nurses, my 3 angels if you will- helped get me right inside while the doctor-another angel-was finishing up with a patient. I've never felt so great about a visit at the doctor's as I did today here at Nao Medical. Please help me to acknowledge and give great recognition to these 4 amazing women. Your professionalism and dedication to our community goes beyond whats expected. I'm actually calling my insurance to switch providers once I arrive home. Thank you all so much for knowing what to do with great urgency and professionalism. You all saved me to you all I am grateful. God bless you all.

I hope my voice is heard all my needs. Yesterday 10/13/10, I went to an appointment with my doctor Torres who is an excellent humane and respectful doctor.

While I was waiting for her, a super rude and angry man came in with a defiant attitude, being very rude to the staff, he entered the manager's office without authorization because he did not know what he said
This patient broke into the managers office. They needed a better manager or some kind of security for these women. I understand that patient care is everything but we are all human and respect should not be taken away from ANYONE. This man continued to call the manager all kinds of names and what he would do to him every time he walked away.
It was very unpleasant and I felt very scared because of his attitude towards all the staff.
I feel very sorry for the girl at the reception, Vanessa, because she has to put up with rudeness and aggression from those who come to this place, she very professionally attended this man and he scared her with his shouts and threats Absolutely this makes other patients not want to come here and damage the reputation of the clinic I had all the patients and staff scared and nothing was done.
THERE HAVE TO BE RULES FOR THIS KIND OF THINGS AND MORE SAFETY FOR EVERYONE
