Some years ago this place changed ownership. I'd put it right now up against basically any bakery in North Jersey. Terrific, moist cakes. Delicious pies. Perfect cookies. The Italian rainbow cookies are among the best I've had. Top notch place.

I bought Gluten Free Cheese Cake for my friend’s New Year Eve party. Other person did buy Gluten Free cheese cake from VENIERO Bakery. So we had contest between those two cheese cakes. 9 out of 10 picked your cheese cake as the better! Congrats!

5 magic words posted in their window did the trick. “Apple Cider Donuts Are Back!“ Established in 1929, this small bakery was mentioned in past conversations with friends. Mills Bakery offers breakfast pastries, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, breads, custom cakes and more off of Valley Blvd in Wood-Ridge. Rumor has it that their donuts sell fast. One has to get there early in the day during the week or not much is left. Luck was on my side today as one other customer and I had the whole place to ourselves. So I managed to get 1/2 dozen of apple cider doughnuts loaded with cinnamon sugar at $2 each. It was fresh, delicious, moist and didn’t disappoint. Please don’t miss out on this wonderful local bakery that has been here for over 90+ years which I could recommend.

Best bakery! This will be my new spot where I get my baked goods from now. Love their recipe for all their goods. The staff was very pleasant! 😊Can't wait to purchase my bday cake from there!
