The staff at this Mavis are incredible! I have been there twice in the past two weeks for 2 flat tires and both experiences were great. Both repairs were free because I have a Mavis credit card, and both times they went above and beyond in their service. I have an old car that needs a ton of work and I asked them to check something for me. They ended up spending about an hour looking over multiple repair items and told me all of what needed to be done. My car was also very low on oil and they added a few quarts for me as well. All of the extra effort they put in and they did not charge me for any of it. I spoke with several employees while I was there and each of them were knowledgeable, respectful, and beyond courteous. I had a terrible experience with the Mavis in Edison, NJ so I was hesitant to use them at first, but I would absolutely come back to the Middletown location and would recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you guys for being excellent.

Super honest! I just had my tire light come on again after having It patched at the dealer 2 weeks ago. Assuming It was the same patch and I needed a new tire, they said It was another patch they did somewhere else and didn't charge me for It. Will definitely be back!

Tommy is by far the best mechanic there. He helped me fill my tires, no charge, and a few weeks later I had a leak, sadly he was booked up but he still fit me in. They care and give you the best advice. The service here is 12/10 and I will now only come here thanks to him.

After calling at least 10 different places for quality good priced tires I found my place. I was always weary of chain tire shops and always went budget but that was before I knew they could work with my budget and provide good quality tires too. I definitely would recommend making them your tire place. The people are friendly, I didn’t have to wait long, and they have all of your tire needs. 10/10 Tommy was exceptional and the techs were professional as well

I went into the store for one tire, but I got such a good deal on two tires that I got two. Not only were they very knowledgeable, but they also taught me new things I didn't know before. Customer service was amazing, even let me grab something out of the car while they were working on it. Now that right there is outstanding customer service!

All of my kids like subway sandwich because of their taste. I though they are very healthy. To be honest I liked it too especially the bacon and vegetable sandwiches. I gave them 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they deserved it.
