He represents the true spirit of putting customer needs 1st does not matter how much ever time it takes! Great employee and great face for AT&T Retail experience. Keep it up.

He changed out my boyfriends phone with no issues and since you didn't have the phone I wanted offered to order it , have it shipped and told me to just come back and he would take care of it for me. Such an informative salesman. He was a pleasure too work with.

(November 21, 2022, 3:20 pm)AT&T in Middletown NJ is worth the trip from anywhere. I have had bad experiences at my store location so decided to try Middletown instead. I was met with and helped by Brian. I can’t tell you what a difficult situation I had with at least 10 long questions. He fixed everything on my phone, answered every question and with a smile. He took his time, he was patient and friendly. After an extensive visit I left happy with my expectations met with above and beyond service. Brian is an asset to this company. I will forever be a customer there.
