I'm a very satisfied customer! I love the shades and am extremely happy with the quality of the product and excellent installation.
The design consultant was a delight to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He was very thorough in his presentation to show me all my available options He also recommended getting the power wand controls when raising or lowering the shades. This was an excellent suggestion as it eliminated the hanging cord. They look great and the cost was minimal.
I received exemplary customer service throughout the whole ordering/installation process. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again and definitely would recommend Gotcha Covered North Shore to others.
