I had an absolutely amazing experience here! I am someone who suffers from anxiety and claustrophobia and neither were triggered during my time spent in the float. I felt peace, i felt calm, i felt one with myself and i felt like i was finally able to let go of the stresses and worries that drive me crazy. We carry so much in our bodies and this was the perfect release and relief. Why haven't i done this a long time ago?! Lastly, i met Christian, the guy who works there and he was the best! Talk about great customer service!! He was super knowledgeable & gave me great insight & tips without making me feel like was trying to sell anything. I ended up buying more sessions simply because this place is wonderful. I highly recommend

I always have a wonderful time at Lift. They offer both float pods and rooms which is great if you’re feeling unsure about small spaces- though the pods are very roomy. The experience includes a primping room (complete with blow dryer) and a nice lounge area to keep unwinding and vibe before heading out. Very friendly and accommodating staff. 10/10!

I went to Lift for the first time today and had a great experience. We weren’t sure what to expect but the staff did a great job orienting us. I’m a little claustrophobic but the closed pod in the dark was amazing. We’ll definitely go back.

Location is nice and clean. Great vibe!!! Greeter did an amazing job keeping us informed but at the same time allowing us to enjoy the moment. The experience was really great. Learned I need to do some more meditation for sure!! But I will be back for more!! I ended it feeling so light and clear. Honestly it’s the vibe at the end for me!! But you have to come and experience it for yourself! Thank you for an amazing experience! See you soon.
