It was a lot to navigate, but James helped my fiancé and I through it all and we can't thank him enough. His professionalism, experience and real estate expertise guided us through the home-buying process and helped us make some difficult decisions that would ultimately produce the best outcome for us. After contacting two attorneys who "didn't handle that kind of thing." the second attorney referred us to Mr. Murphy. I'm so glad he did. Mr. Murphy was very responsive, explained everything in very clear terms, discussed our options, and followed through with everything we asked. I was very happy with the advice he gave, and his level of attention to our case. Mr. Murphy treated us with great respect, and I would recommend him without hesitation for any legal matter.
