Kristen was absolutely exceptional. She helped me in every way possible to find a perfect oboe. Payment plan with her was very easy and she continues to give great customer service. Definitely 5 stars and will continue to recommend all my woodwind players to her.

Kristen is a treasure! She took my oboe, which hadn't been serviced in well over 10 years and made it sing again! The service was wonderful and affordable, and she is so nice!
The pricing was very reasonable (affordable and worth every penny for the great results) and she accepts payment in several ways, which was very convenient for me. Due to COVID-19, the time she had my oboe was longer than it would have been to drop it off at a shop and wait for it while it was worked on, but the results were worth it, and I was grateful she was available to work on it at all with so many other places closed. Her regular operations are closed, but if you send a message to her directly, that's how I was able to arrange to have my oboe repaired. I told her I was willing to wait longer for the service, and she was happy to help. It took about a week to get my oboe back (though this was around the first week of September when school was starting back up, and that was a very hectic time for everyone).
Kristin also gave me some great advice about shipping my oboe in the future (I am moving out of state and am very picky about who I trust my oboe with), so I feel confident that I'll be able to have any servicing/repairs I need in the future taken care of.
I highly recommend Kristin for any woodwind repair/servicing needs!
