    Rick and his family are good people. Came here a few months ago because I thought I needed to change my brake pads, and left my car there. Upon inspection, Rick called me back and told me I had at least another 20k miles before I needed to change it, and didn't charge me a dime. Have gone to him for other maintenance as well. Nice and honest!

    KNR is the best repair shop in LIC! Family owned and run, they treat you with respect and are very thorough. Rick and his wife Katie treat everyone with respect and deliver exceptional service. Went there with a few issues in a matter of days and each issue was explained so I could understand and repaired beautifully. Would recommend their service to everyone!!

    I can't say enough great things about this place, Rick and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and know me by name. Every time I bring my butterfly in they service her and the prices are more than reasonable. If you are looking for a family own and ran mechanic KNR is the place for you. KNR should stand for Kind and Reliable.....

    Quick, professional and friendly service, honest, fair pricing. Rick is a great guy who knows what he is doing. Nice car service shop, with positive neighborhood feel. Glad he is back and around.
