Dr. Is great,(4 stars) but wait time and waiting room is awful! Crowded waiting room and no provisions for covid. Long wait in waiting room and in between procedures.

Very professional staff. The waiting time was reasonable and much better than previous years. Dr. Gould is excellent and I very much appreciate being in his care.

Dr. Joshua Gould and the optometrist were very talented, friendly and spent a lot of time during examination. They also answered any of my questions and addressed concerns. The nurse was also very friendly very courteous.
When it comes to the front desk, I had the most horrible experience. The lady at the Check-in window was so rude and unfriendly and made many mistakes. I wish they have front desk people who has better manners and treat patients with respect. I come here because of the doctors. There is no need for any one to walk into the office to be treated rude.
