The Best! Sue, Gary, and Nicole are all fantastic. They all took excellent care of me. It was my happy place after two falls and broken wrists and elbow! The entire staff were very caring.

I had the good fortune to find Sue Medford over 25 years ago at a HealthSouth facility and have been a patient of hers ever since for back, neck, shoulder and knee issues. You would be hard pressed to locate a PT who possesses the same level of hands on capabilities and extensive knowledge of healing techniques. The high number of people I have referred to Sue over the years can't thank me enough for making the connection....Yes, she is that good, as is Gary and the rest of her support team!

Susan is the patron saint of physical therapy. St. Susan has worked absolute miracles on various problem areas or injuries. Back, neck, shoulder, hip, wrist, fingers, elbow, knee. All with great knowledge, sensitivity and humor!!

Highly recommend Joint PT. They truly care about your goals and take a wholistic approach to make sure they capture and address all of your body's feedback. I had a major surgery with a 6-12 month recovery period, and after 6 months I'm very satisfied with my progress, as is the doctor who performed the surgery. Gary and team regularly provide updates and study the PT guidelines set forth by the doctor, while applying their own first hand knowledge and techniques toward the recovery process.

Sue and her team are the best! I was referred to her from a friend after other therapists and doctors could not help me with my chronic neck pain. She truly has a hands on approach and was able help me where others could not. I've had multiple injuries and she is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had.
