Louis and Ashley are very friendly. They helped me upgrade and get into a unit that suited my needs quick and easy. They were transparent and helpful. The facility is clean and easy to navigate in and out. The units are a good size. Pricing is fair. Good experience. I recommend.

Ashley was incredibly helpful through the process of getting a storage unit. She is knowledgeable and extremely kind. Can not be more happy to have found this place especially when they have people like Ashley helping you.

the store manager is a GEM! Ashley pointed me to the right size unit for the PERFECT, reasonable amount. from start to finish, the process was so professional yet friendly.

Luis was swift in assisting with showing me the way to my unit, and making sure that my lock and keys were there for close up.

y’all the building is one of their newest additions to the company, yet it’s clean, locally convenient and has built-in climate control system (the other Hackensack location doesn’t).

go in, and i promise you won’t be disappointed!

Super thanks to Tiffany! She is very helpful with all the storage unit options and made the switch effortless! She's always going around to make sure everything in good working order and keeping the facility clean. I feel very comfortable that my items will be secure and in good hands.
