I had a great experience here purchasing an Echo backpack leaf blower for my yard. The folks at JB Sales were great in offering advice and helping me stick to my budget. They won't try to sell you anything you do not need. They took the time to explain all the functionality of the leaf blower and maintenance tips since it was my first time purchasing this type of equipment. They even went the extra steps like handling all the warranty/ registration paper work, filling up the fuel tank, and loading it my car. You do not get this type of service at Home Depot or Lowes.

Always helpful, always reliable. I'm a retail customer, not a commercial guy. And have been going here for a few years. Recommend them for both sales and service. Especially for big ticket items, because they will register your product to make sure your equipment is warranteed. Big box guys dont do that. And they will advise you NOT to spend $ on things you dont need.

I have been doing business with this place for many years and they have never failed to repair something right the first time, they are very honest professionals. they have great prices on repairs and parts and they will go out of there way to help you get your equipment back up and running. They also find those hard to locate OEM parts..they are very professional on the phone and in person. Took them 2 days to find and get the carburetor I needed for my multiquip welder generator. They put your mind at ease.

This place knows what they're doing! Not only do the have a very wide selection of equipment and products but they also have some of the absolute nicest people I have come across in quite some time. They were helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the products. I will with out a sliver of doubt, be shopping here in the future! Keep up the great work guys and gals! 😊👍
