ITEC does an amazing job - they are always on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable about what they do. They can take complex technology systems and make them easy to understand and handle. Really appreciate the great service!
Over the course of having our basement finished we have had to work with a number of different contractors to complete parts of the project. iTec has BY FAR been the absolute best of those contractors. Working with a number of different companies back to back has really highlighted how great of a job iTec has done. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it and they were very helpful along the way with various questions that popped up for us. I also appreciate that they followed up several times to see if we were ready while waiting for their various steps and they kept in touch to make sure there were no delays on their side. There was one minor issue during the last stage of install and they made sure to send someone out to correct it within a few days. My wife and I plan to expand our A/V outside and by our pool somewhere in the next couple of years and I will absolutely be using iTec again. Working with them was a great experience.
Zack and his team were a pleasure to work with. Every step of the way from initial sales, installation, and service, was a great experience. A strongly recommend iTEC!
