(February 8, 2023, 5:41 pm)Our sales person, Fred, was amazing from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He made sure he answered all of my questions. Fred walked me through how the insurance works and made sure I was well taken care of by the insurance agent. The financial representative was friendly as well. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend Staten Island Buick GMC. We travelled from New Jersey because we wouldn't think of giving our business to anyone else. We are customers for life!

(January 2, 2023, 12:21 pm)Bruce is the only reason I have to come to any dealership but you’re lucky to have him. He even makes my wife feel comfortable and that’s no easy task. He’s a deal maker. I truly believe he wants what is best for you, meaning the customer. Patricia the saleswoman was wonderful. Thought of everything before hand so there was a smooth pickup of truck. And finance guy was honest, clear and transparent.
