She takes her time to learn and understand your specific needs and is extremely gentle & understanding. I haven't gotten the chance to get a good facial due to the pandemic and my job working in the medical field. But I was thrilled to see Karina within my area and decided to go pamper myself. The spa is immaculately clean. Karina made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Her calming energy just allowed my jittery body relax and it's honestly hard for me to relax as I'm always on the move . PRP is always a little painful but Karina kept checking with me on the pain level and tried everything she could to minimize the pain. She examined my skin very carefully before we started the procedure and discussed with me about my concerns. She used both dermal pen and injections and emphasized more on the area that I’m concerned about. She also put a soothing mask on me afterwards and it felt so nice after the injections. I have done PRP and micro needling in lots of other places before and I would say Karina is one of the best technicians I ever had who truly cares about her customers.
