High Definition Training

First I'd like to say Angel is AMAZING! I been to different trainers and none of them compare. I remember when I started working out with Angel, I had only lost in the beginning just a few pounds, but EVERYONE thought I lost so much and I received so many compliments. Its as if he re-shapes you. I cant explain it. He is super knowledgeable and I like that he works with everyone, but works with you as an individual as well.

Joining the HDT was one of the best decisions my friend and I made. We loved going to our workouts, Angel made us feel welcomed and safe at all time. He has morning hours as well as evening hours . Best training I’ve been too!. I would recommend.

My journey so far has been 7 months strong, still going and still learning. I am eating healthier, feeling stronger, happier, more confident, staying in shape and dropped close to 30lbs. Coach Angel is knowledgeable, he will guide you in fitness and nutrition. It feels good to be dedicated to a fitness program with an amazing Trainer who will help you become a better version of yourself physically and mentally, my HDT members are awesome and contribute much motivation and fun to each session. I joined HDT out of pure desperation. I had just given birth and had gained a total of 50 pounds. I was at the point where I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror. After googling different programs, I decided to give Angel a call, and I never looked back. It was the best decision I had ever made for myself. I dropped about 25 pounds in the first 5 months, which would have been more had I been more strict with my diet. Every class was different, the women’s group was supportive and Angel was an amazing trainer. I was never bored and I never lost motivation with his training. He was constant, kind, understanding and consistent. He guarantees results and he means it. I’m so sad that I had to leave but my family I relocated, otherwise I would still be going. Make the call. You won’t regret it.

Angel is a great trainer. He is very knowledge in both fitness and nutrition. He has helped me with my diet as well as training. He always watches my form when we work out to prevent an injury. He keeps you going without pushing too hard. Is always motivating and supportive. He has helped me reach my goals and stay fit.
