I purchased my first vehicle (1997 Mercedes Benz) with Isaac and had such a great experience as a customer. Isaac was very professional, transparent, and knowledgeable. I had been in the car market for a while, and was so relieved when I realized Isaac was not driven by commission or profit, but genuinely held my interests at heart and sold me the car at an honest and market based value. This dealership was incredible. came in just to look at cars for an estimate and ended up pulling the exact car i wanted out of the lot the same night. Josh was an incredibly sweet and compassionate dealer, the type you don’t often see. you could tell he was very genuine and wanted to do his best with his customers while being very personable and realistic. Josh and Isaac worked extremely diligently to getting us the best price possible and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. buying for the first time is extremely intimidating, but this shop tries its hardest to make you feel comfortable by being open and honest about their deals. i can’t thank these guys enough for spending so much time with us and answering every question we had and can’t wait to see them again!

I just pulled off in my Hyundai Sonata with the much-appreciated help from Josh and Bob. As a first-time car buyer, you expect to get ripped off, not have a clear understanding of all the numbers and sign your life away to financing payments. I got the exact opposite. This dynamic duo made me feel in control and explained and worked with me every step of the way. From working a warranty deal of getting a year free to having, anti-theft work done to the car for free. I know exactly what to expect after talking to Josh and Bob when I test drove and then when the day came to give my down payment and sign off I trusted these two and feel I was given the best deal than what I would have gotten at another dealership. Bob gives great dad vibes making you feel comfortable and a human being not just a customer. Josh seemed to be as young as I was I was excited to work with someone in my age range. He has wonderful professionalism and helped me get through and understand the car buying process while helping me save as much as possible. If I ever am in search of another car Great Neck will be the first place I look and I plan to specifically ask for Josh and Bob.

Issac is amazing!!! This is the 3rd car we have purchased from him. He listens to what you ask for. Never pushy and always knowledgeable about the features of the car. He also makes you feel not like a sale but a freind… I highly recommend and will continue to use Issac and Great Neck Car Buyers for all my auto needs. I can honestly say Issac went above and beyond for our needs!!!!
