Staff is always friendly, grocery manager will always try his best to fit your needs of course when requested and he will try his best to get the item in stock with just a minor description of the item. Customer Service Rep. is twice as more helpful whereas she tries to answer any question or concern you may have as a shopper.
Despite many supermarkets I have visited this one had a variety of humble workers if you feel a question can not be answered there is always the next staff member available to reach your needs :)
