Just had my carpets cleaned by this company. They did a fantastic job, were very courteous and professional, and most importantly they were right on time. Their technician is the man. Again, professional and explained everything nicely. Had my place done in a little over an hour. Will definitely use this company again and their prices are very reasonable. Don't always go for the cheapest prices out there. I'll pay any day for professionalism and promptness. Thank you!

We have been using Flat Rate Carpet for years. They provide quality rug and carpet cleaning. My antique Oriental rugs have been through a lot and they always come back looking new. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I have. I feel like there is always someone to talk to whenever I need. Best rug cleaning service ever!

Wow. Very impressed with the service from the first phone call until the returned my carpet. They were able to revive my carpet and make sure it was placed back exactly where I wanted it. The carpet always felt dry to the touch and it was brought back with such a smooth almost silky like feeling. Never have seen the carpet looking so good. Thanks to all that were very helpful and professional.
