My wife and I loved living here the last two years. The staff is great, starting with the very first person we met which was Garry Goodrich in leasing. Professional, polite, and caring. Gary was always a pleasure to talk to. The building engineer/super we dealt with most often was Rob and he always took care of us when we needed him. He was responsive and caring. The front desk staff is led by Ingrid and she is always willing to help us and communicate to us whenever we need something. Too many names to mention here but never had a bad experience and the views and location were outstanding! Starbucks right around the corner, ferry within a 12 min walk, solid gym, and access to the promenade couldn’t be better. Sad to be moving but we have to for work…

It has been a wonderful time staying at RiverTrace apartment. Gary Goodrich made it a seamless experience from the very start, which for those who may know how stressful it can be with apartment hunting, is hard to come by. Gary has always been super professional, responsive, and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the apartment from the moment we stepped in and living here. The staff members and the super have all been kind and friendly. We haven't had a single unpleasant experience here. We are thankful we were able to call this place home. Thanks to all the effort from all the staff at RiverTrace!

RiverTrace is a nice building with good amenities and super-helpful staff. Gary in the leasing office is great. He took his time to show us around and patiently answered our questions while we were apartment shopping, and helped make the leasing and moving process smooth and easy once we decided. He even followed up after the move-in to make sure all was good and there were no maintenance issues.
Robert in maintenance is great too - very calmly gets things done, and goes out of his way to be helpful, which is really appreciated during a stressful time like moving.

Had an awesome 18 months at RiverTrace! Right from the first day at the leasing office to the last day, it has been the best experience across all communities I have lived in. The apartments are truly luxurious with modern and quality appliances, walls are well insulated, support team (maintenance and front desk) are friendly, and Gary from the leasing office is a pleasure to work with. If not for return to office mandate, no doubt would have continued in this amazing community!

I've moved in a month ago. I saw almost 20 other facilities before moving in. So far, so good. Great location, nice, and quiet apartments. Maintenance is also very good. Gray from the leasing office was so helpful for everything both before and after moving! He assessed my needs very well and offered available apartments accordingly.
