The place was nice ,but no one to help you load a heavy pile of moving boxes I bought, they just kept looking at me struggling to get it to the car! Non challant attitude,Customer service 0%.

You would think, I need a trailer let me just go to u-Haul. That's what I did. I ordered it online, registered online. When I got there I was having a decent day, I mean I'm going to pick up trailer. I was met by Rodney W. Who w super knowledgeable about all their equipment. We were talking and he was very involved about the details of their location, it's direction and it's operations. Just an incredibly knowledgeable team member. On top of that he was just a laid back pleasant person to talk to and I left the place in a much better mood than I had gotten there. We hooked up the trailer, checked it for safety and away I went. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Place was clean got me in and out fast. Didn't like that they had no trucks available even though they had about 20 in the yard. But I was able to do what I needed. To do with the van

The desk agent was beyond kind and helpful. I have had a terrible experience with the entire world of u-haul this weekend and the wonderful woman at this location was such a breath of fresh air. This location currently has units for storage that are moveable which to some may be odd however I found it quite convenient, if a customer wants to relocate their belongings without taking out piece by piece they could move the entire unit on a trailer. This location also has a lot of trucks, vans & trailers on site. The next time I need to rent a trailer (not a van!) I will be coming to this location first. The gentleman in the back was also very helpful and kind further making my terrible experience with this company a brighter one.
