This AT&T location is SO amazing! They helped me so much, and the women there were so lovely and wonderful to talk to. My phone was taking almost an hour to transfer info, normally I would’ve gave up and left. However the women taking care of me were so nice and had such great conversation it went by so quickly and before I knew it my phone was done! They helped me understand what was happening step by step, even took the time to really understand what it was I wanted and what was important to me when it comes to my phone. Honestly one of the best locations of AT&T I’ve been at. The new manager Nneka, and employees Diamond, and Amanda were especially helpful but they’re all great! Truly a painless, knowledgeable, experience. Maybe even a little fun with such great company and all. They were upfront and honest with all charges, and I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about this store or the workers. Definitely will be returning. Thank u Myrtle ave AT&T!!!!!!

Jamie was the best person that I’ve ever had help me with customer service. My mom and I tried getting a new phone and he was very patient and respectful even though my mom is sorta bad with technology. He gave constant updates to my mom about the phone and service and was overall great. I would give a 1000/5 on how great he was.

Chelsea the Store Manager is such a delightful and kind person. She help us throughout the entire process of upgrading to a new phone and made sure we got the best possible and most affordable plan. She even went out of her way to make sure we received all the correct discounts to our account. AT&T should hold her in the highest regard as an outstanding store manager!!

My experience at the ATT location was
dynamic and very helpful, as I had a
challenge with my new phone that needed expert attention. The store manager Chelsea even multiple customers with degrees of different problems. That were executed with grace and professionalism. With the best attitude I have witness in a long time. That should be replicated. I’m thankful and appreciate her service and will recommend.
