Great reliable services! Transparent pricing. Returned a car to Newark on Christmas early morning and they arranged shuttle to the airport just for me. Charges are clearly explained so there were no surprises. Insurance rates could have been published for greater transparency for non US citizens though. But I think that’s an industry norm not to.

I booked last minute right before Thanksgiving and got a great deal while other rental agencies were pushing $100-$200+ per day. Even got a free upgrade! The person who handled my reservation was professional, courteous, and gave me all the confidence to say that I will come back to this rental company in my future travels.

Reasonably priced compared to many car rentals in New York city, but you get what you pay for. If you don't purchase Drivo's insurance, then a hold of $500 rather than $200 is placed on your credit card. Its a small outfit so there is a 15 to 20 minutes with to check out the car, but returning the car takes a minute and you're set to leave. I would rent from them again if they are still the cheapest car rentals available.
