(April 27, 2023, 9:14 am)Staff was friendly. I arrived at 07:45 for a 09:00 pick-up. I got a door relatively quickly. If you are driving a sleeper cab with a 53' trailer, this place is tight. I had to ask the driver on the door to the left of me to disconnect from his trailer so I could swing into my door sooner so that I actually had the room in front to get my tractor back in front of the trailer. Once on the door, your cab will stick out into the street. Day cab guys, It's not so bad for you. Your cab won't stick out, but be prepared to sit here a while. Bring a lunch and make sure you're paid by the hour.

(April 20, 2022, 5:22 pm)Ok there are three separate buildings all lined up and the check-in door is at building 1130, near door 132. Park along the street,Polaris, then have truck lp# and trl lp#. The girls in front office were real accommodating with lost drivers and those who don't speak English. Whole process from check in to loaded with bols took about 4hrs, but it was a good nap.
