While the wait can sometimes be long, this is not atypical for doctor’s offices (especially with what seems like an increase in various known illnesses like COVID and RSV). On the positive side, I usually booked the first appointment in the morning for my infant twins and the wait was minimal most times.

I do feel like Dr. Jackson cared for my boys and was invested in their health and well-being. There are times where she went out of her way to help us get special items that they needed. Sharee is also a great practitioner at the office.

Overall, I had pleasant interactions with the staff and they communicated well with us, following up as needed and sending appointment reminders. I came to Dove Pediatrics because I was seeking a Black female doctor and I am happy with the services that we received. While there is room for improvement, I would recommend Dr. Jackson and this office to other moms. I like that there is an associated app and online system for checking my boys’ records and information. I do think the office should take more advantage of the messaging system through the app.

Have been with Dr. Jackson for over 20 years. She is amazing with my children. Very professional and knowledgeable. I don't mind the wait

I love everything about this office. My boys have been with Dr Jackson since my older one who is about to be 22, was born. My little one who is 10 continues to attend. The staff is just wonderful! The ladies are very helpful and caring. I've never had an issue with the wait time, and I appreciate the quality of care. We've lived on Long Island for the last 4 yrs and I still travel to Brooklyn to attend this office. Dr Jackson is awesome!!
