Doug's Bugs is great! I had a bee problem last summer and didn't know who to call. Found Doug online since he was local and decided to give him a try. Best decision I ever made. Within 24 hours of my call, he was at my house and the bee issue was resolved. A year later, I had a similar problem but now on the other side of my house. I called Doug and sure enough, he had my name and number saved in his phone and remembered exactly who I was. He came to the house within hours of my call and took care of the issue. Doug is spectacular to work with, knows his stuff and a super nice guy. I now have his name and number saved in my phone! Doug's Bugs definitely deserves a perfect 5 star rating across the board!

Called Doug’s bugs for a rodent problem at one of my rental properties. Doug showed up, Inspected and treated the house within 30 minutes. My tenants informed me that they have not seen a mouse since the service. Great service at a great price, and, I could not be happy with his service. Thank you Doug!

Doug's Bugs just came and took care of Carpenter bees that I had difficulty with.
He was calm, reassuring and told me what I needed to do to prevent him having to come back again. Although he promised to come back if the first treatment didn't work. Working with the owner is such a real treat as well. He takes the time to do things right and discuss every option.

It was a pleasure doing business with Doug. I found a mouse in my apartment (NYC living, ugh) and called over 10 different “24/7” exterminators to see if they could do same-day service and Doug was the only one who A.) was able to do same-day service and B.) really available 24/7 as advertised. He drove all the way from Long Island to Inwood (upper Manhattan) to service my apartment. The rest of the exterminators and the superintendent of my building expected me to wait days (yes,plural) before tending to my apartment. He was so prompt, responsive, kind, and understanding. If you’re in any of the boroughs or Long Island, I highly recommend working with Doug. Satisfaction guaranteed. Thanks again, Doug!
