Update ! They now answer the phone every time I’ve called, 100% improvement good going !!!! :)
Office staff “NEVER” return calls very very difficult to make an appointment or get a follow up with test results ....even after leaving messages with the answering service and I must say the answering service is very professional and went Beyond to take back up phone numbers just in case ....Dr. Chang is professional with “excellent” bedside manner‘s...he took his time and patiently explain to me ALL my options made me feel safe ,appreciated & cared for ...His “incredible” Good...I would “highly” recommend him ..if u can ever get in to see him ..but his office staff needs help and or training .. .... I wonder how many patients he loses....sad I wonder if he even knows or is aware about this Problem and it was a problem prior to Covid epidemic.... I gave up no more attempts I will find someone else...
Dr. Chang was my doctor here in Woodland Park, NJ. He moved his practice to North Bergen, NJ. I have a long commute now. But he is worth it. He is very considerate, not a money hungry doctor. He is content I guess. He tries to help you even if he is not charging you for his time.
Furthermore, when you go to him for help -
He would listen to you, examine you, tell you what the problem is, send you for the required tests to be evaluated further, then explain the diagnosis in depth. Then, he will let you know of all options and tell you his recommendation. You are educated and included in the decision making for the best outcome.
