He just wants everyone to win! What makes this gym even more special are the other people training with me. Curtis built a positive community here with the potential to form life long connections. I can't wait to see where my journey takes me.

I dropped pounds and saw a difference within the first 3 months. Curtis is passionate about being healthy and treats his clients like family. All of the trainers that work there are nice as well just a very good atmosphere to be in. You will not regret working with him!

(March 17, 2021, 12:01 pm)CRF7 is definitely my favorite work out spot in the area. I love the personable atmosphere, motivating fitness community and how flexible the owner is with time. The personal trainers are all amazing, from one-on-one sessions to group sessions and classes. If you have any specific fitness goals from weight loss, muscle gain, etc. ask for Curtis. He is running an amazing place here!
