Josh and his team were very efficient and a pleasure to work with!

A few weeks ago I woke up on a Sunday morning to my kids screaming that it's raining in the house. Obviously, that's no way to start a day, especially not a Sunday but unfortunately it didn't get any better from there.

The 'rain' was coming from my 2nd floor bathroom. There was toilet water everywhere. I youtubed a solution but at the end of the day I'm not a plumber and decided to call an actual plumber.

After the water stopped I surveyed the damage. It was everywhere. Bubbled paint. Soaked walls. A wet den couch and rug. It smelled like sewage. To be honest, I didn't even know what to do at this point.

Fortunately, I'd seen one of Josh's posts on LinkedIn and reached out. He returned my calls promptly, guided me through the entire process from A-Z. Came and took pictures, 3D images, descriptions and details. He took what was an extremely stressful situation and reduced it to an item on a to do list. The best part were the timely updates he'd send as the claim was processed.

They did a fine job I already had got awarded some funds from my insurance. But I hired them after to see if I qualified for more money from my insurance. To get optimal results. They came in helped out and with their help I walked away with additional funds. That I would for sure not have been able to secure with out them. Believe me I tried. It was kool working with them. I would have loved more money but they fought their hardest I'm sure because their payment amount is contingent upon what they win.. so it's no reason not to shoot for the stars if they could.
