Sifu Kevin has been practicing and teaching Muay Thai and Kung Fu for over 40 years. I started when I was 9 years old and now am back training at 39. There is no better authentic training experience around. Whether you are a beginner or experienced there is something for everyone to learn. I’ve been sending my 2 sons here since they were 4 and they absolutely love it. They have been going to Conley’s Martial Arts gym for about 3 years now and it never gets old. I've been going to Conley's Gym for over 4 years. In that time I have not only learned martial arts but also how to control my emotions and mind.
