My experience was very professional from the service staff I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Manni and he advised me right away on my 2018 Ford Explorer V6 3.5 which was leaking antifreeze from the waterpump. He advised to bring the vehicle in for service because the vehicle has warranty it took two days to received back my vehicle had was promised I am rely applaud of the service and professional service I received from this Ford service and repair dealership..
