treats me like family
Been going here for years. She can be a bit stubborn at times like Jennifer Park mentioned. However she does seem to really care for my kids and even makes time to see them as walk in patients last minute.
Her staff are very welcoming and has been very quick to acknowledge you as you walk in as also making appointments.
Took off a star because I also feel like she can open her ears a bit more to listen and address patients concerns a bit more instead of dismissing them based on her professional opinion. Sometimes patients can have issues and problems that stray from the norm and can be resolved if the dr is a bit more attentive to their needs.
Regardless I do feel that she does seem to really care for her patients and did dismiss our concerns and maybe Jennifer’s concerns not because she didn’t care but didn’t know how big a problem it is for us.
