West had my mother looking so beautiful everything was on point,they went above and beyond to accommodate me so I didn't have to walk up a lot of stairs. The staff was wonderful and professional. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for everything you do for families who are grieving. Excellent work

From our first phone call to the visit to give our approval on how our mom looked they were helpful, dignified and showed so love and care for our mom. Most importantly Mr. West and staff Listened to us, allowed us to tell stories of our mom, so that they could get to know her. Mr. West and staff thank you so much for all you did to make the most difficult and painful time in our life a little less stressful.
