The store was clean and customer service was friendly and helpful. My major gripe had to do with their pricing. A pair of Nike's were on sale at every other major retailer and Champs charged full price for the same exact pair. They do price match with foot locker which is great. I do advise to price check with other retailers to get the best deal/ price.
