Lisa and her staff at Central Florist don’t treat you just as a customer, they treat you like family. If you have something in mind you want, they will sit down with you, no matter how long it takes and when you leave, you will know in your mind and especially your heart, your going to get a masterpiece. That’s the difference in Central Florist, they do treat everyone as a family member. They will work with you in pricing, color tones, shapes, sizes, best of all if you allow them to, they will open up an account for you with them, keep you in there data base and every time you call after that initial visit everything you have purchased with them will be in there, with the amount, designs you have ordered before and the occasion it was bought for. So in the future all you have to do is call them, tell them your name and your order histories will pop up including where you sent everything. Being a retired Florist myself with over 45 years in the business I wouldn’t want anyone anywhere to do my flower arrangements other than Central Florist in Valley Stream. From the East End of Long Island to the West Side of NYC and all points between, they are by far the best of the best, they have never disappointed myself or anyone I have sent there. Put your mind at ease in the future for any occasion where flowers, gifts, plants are needed, Lisa and her staff are a one way ticket to happiness. Lisa is also a great event planner as well, which is just an added bonus.

Great service and beautiful flower arrangements.

I ordered an arrangement through the website for delivery. The website has lots of pictures and is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The payment process was painless.

I received an email confirmation right away, stating my order was received. I didn't notice my special request in the confirmation so I emailed the owner, Lisa, right away.

Lisa confirmed that she did receive my special request and happily included a butterfly in the flowers. She also refused my offer of any additional payment. Thank you for your kindness, Lisa.

I received another confirmation email when the flowers were loaded up in the truck, on their way to be delivered.

Not too long after, I received a third confirmation email once the delivery had been made, and that final email also outlined who received the flowers at the door, upon delivery.

The entire experience was positive and the constant communication was much appreciated. It made me feel at ease knowing that my flowers were received by the correct person. It was nice to get real-time updates throughout the entire process.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and they were delivered in a timely manner. The arrangement that was delivered looked very similar to what I chose on the website and I am overall very happy with the outcome.

I needed flowers to bring to the cemetery for my dad’s birthday. I was last minute but Lisa and her staff came through. It was my first time in this store but I will definitely be back. Customer service was superb. They go above and beyond and even give their customers entertainment while you wait. If you haven’t been to this store you are missing out.
