They are professional. And the owner gave us a good carpet for a good deal. I recommend his place.

I had some weird shaped rooms in my apartment and needed 80% of the floors covered, so after a lot of quibbling on how to get "okay enough" rugs in, I ended up at Carpet City looking for custom cut rugs.

Everyone there was so helpful, had great suggestions for binding and the prices were in my budget. Delivery was also amazing. Would definitely recommend, I love the new plush rugs I got in!

Very impressed - Wide selection of carpets to choose from, good price and reliable. They were not pushy and provided several samples that we could take home. They ripped up the old carpet (40 years old) which used glue making it much harder to rip up. The person also spent time scraping the steps so that the residue was gone.

The following day the carpet and installer arrived. The installer measured everything before he started and realized that I had made a mistake and the carpet I asked for was 1 1/2 feet short (MY FAULT) however, Carpet City delivered a new one within 30 minutes that was the right size. 21 1/2 feet vs. 20 feet long. THIS IS HUGE, they didn't give me any issues charge me more for my mistake. This also allowed me to not have any breaks in the carpet allowing it to last longer.

Was a bit worried with the reviews, but VERY HAPPY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Carpet City was a great experience, and Ali was very helpful in finding us a perfect carpet for my apartment. I had no idea what the right size or color would be, and Ali was able to educate me on what would best fit.

Carpet City has pre-made carpets and can make custom cuts of carpets. They also do carpet installations. They have all types of styles. Highly recommend!

Have never been so happy with my service at metro pcs as I have been since I've started going to the store on bay street. Martin is a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help me when my phone was damaged and I had just used my upgrade ! He was even more help when I went and had to switch my husband's account from boost mobile. He made sure I was very happy with everything. Always a pleasure and I will be handling all my business there from now on !!
