I went into Bonafide Optical because I heard so many great things about the staff and I must say everything was 100% True! Kristina and Milly are fantastic! They catered to all my needs. I felt like family. I would recommend this place to all my fellow friends and family. My glasses came out beautiful. If you guys need glasses or an exam hit up Bonafide they’re the bomb! Shoutout to Milly and Kristina for the wonderful customer Service! They definitely deserve a raise!

Great service, extremely helpful, wonderful prices. The woman there were patient, helped me choose the frames that best suite my personal style, along with replacing frames for my husband at a fair price.
Thank you ladies, can't wait to pick up my new frames in 2 weeks

BLUF: You can not find a better staff. Milly, Lisa, Christina and Dr. Davidov have gone above and beyond when it comes to being providers. Highly recommend stopping in.

Price: Affordable everyday glasses to high end glasses. I personally purchase my contacts here and have my eye exam done.

Atmosphere: The place is beautiful! Very fancy when it comes to Ridgewood/Glendale area.

Exam: Clean, detailed. Dr. Davidov is very knowledgeable and down to earth.

I can’t think of anything negative to write, I stopped in one day to get my eye exam/contacts and have been stopping in almost 3 times a week for the last year.

Top notch customer service! Amazing selection! The staff is incredibly helpful! I needed a new pair to drive and work at night and they helped me find a pair I fell in love with instantly. The prices are reasonable for high end designer brands. It only took less than a week to get my transition-Gucci frames and I am beyond happy with my purchase!

The workers were good and I had a pleasant initial experience with them. The optometrist is knowledgeable and made me feel at ease since I told her beforehand that I had issues with objects being close to my eye. I appreciate the patience. The only reason they lose a star is because they have a posted closing time of 6:30pm. I show up at 5 minutes to 6 and I get waved off. Really? So you're closing down 35 minutes before the posted time and you can't take 2 minutes to give me my glasses? Bad form. Otherwise, not a bad place. Close to the Fresh Pond Road M train station and they have an extensive collection of frames.
